Privacy

This site is run by Knox Collective LLC. I collect as little as possible: your email if you ask for it, and simple counts of what pages get used.

The email list

If you sign up for the Chaos Sweater drop, I store your email address and where you signed up from with Resend, the service that sends my email. I use it to tell you when patterns are ready and to share crochet news. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email me and I'll remove you.

The free spinner

Your colors, stitches and row history stay in your own browser on your own device. They are never sent to me, and I can't see them. Clearing your browser data erases them.

Buyer accounts

If you buy a pattern, I store your email, what you bought, and the sweater projects you create: measurements, stitches, colors and your row history. You can see and change all of it when you're logged in. Ask me to delete your account and I'll remove your projects and profile. I have to keep a record of the purchase itself for tax and accounting.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site. I see your email, what you bought and the amount.

Site measurement

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few actions, like a spin or a signup. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you around the internet. I see totals, not people.

Your choices

Email hello@chelsyeknox.com to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I'll answer within a few days.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
